The appointment is a 30 minute process. Our buyer will sort your clothes. If they are able to select any items, you can choose cash or store credit the same day.

Please give us a call if you’re running late — If you are more than 10 mins late your appointment will be canceled.

If you are a first-time seller we recommend an appointment for a more in depth, personal experience.

Drop Off Any Time.

Drop off your clothes with a staff member any time during business hours. Our buyer will sort your clothes and you can return for your payment in 2 days.

We recommend Drop-Offs for returning sellers who are able to pick up.

*Pick up time may be extended past 2 days based on the volume of clothes we receive

*Drop offs may be limited if we reach capacity

How It Works:

Organize Your Clothes

We have a 40 item limit, so select your best pieces!

All items must be freshly laundered. We’re looking for clothes that are in great condition, in season, and in style. We also accept shoes and purses.

2. Bring Your ID or Passport

Bring your state ID or passport with you when you drop off your clothes or check in at your appointment.

You must be 18 or older to sell.

3. Claim Your Cash or Credit.

Once we sort your clothes, each item we select will be priced by our buyers. We’ll offer you 30% of our price in cash or you can choose 50% in store credit. Check out with a cashier to receive your cash or trade card.

Please note: Due to the high volume of clothes coming in we can’t guarantee that we will buy from every seller. Our buyers are trained to select items that will sell quickly in our store.

What to bring in

We’re looking for clothing, shoes, and purses that are:

Clean - Must be freshly laundered and odor-free
In great condition - No holes, stains, missing buttons, or broken zippers
In season - We‘re currently buying for Spring
Up to date - Modern styles and brands that are currently trending
Vintage - We buy select vintage that is casual and in good condition
Designer - We take selective designer items
Accessories - We take selective accessories such as purses, shoes, and designer sunglasses
