Frequently Asked Questions

However, we are closed on the following holidays: Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.
We close early on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
-
No, we’re a buy/sell/trade, and we offer payment up front. You can trade in your clothes and get cash or store credit right away!
(The difference with consignment is you have to wait for your items to sell before you get paid).
-
Not quite. A thrift store receives donations for the items they sell. While we also sell pre-owned clothing, we pay our sellers for the clothing they bring us. Our buyers carefully select the pieces we take in so our selection is curated. You can think of us as a “boutique thrift.”
-
We pay our sellers a fair rate for the clothes that we take in. We also pay our buyers a fair wage to sort and select the clothing.
-
We buy selectively based on our inventory, the season, and current trends. You can make an appointment on our website or do a two-day drop off.
Our buyer will sort through your clothes. Any items that are selected will be priced, and based off that price we'll offer you 30% in cash, or 50% in store credit on the spot.
You must be 18 or older with a valid ID or passport to sell. We also have a 40 piece limit.
-
We’re looking for current, classic, and up-to-date styles that are on-trend, in good condition, and in season. All items must be clean and freshly laundered.
We are looking for men’s and women’s casual wear only. We do not buy formal or business wear, intimates, athletic wear, sleepwear, or children’s clothing.

Due to the high volume of clothes coming in, unfortunately we can’t buy from every seller. Our buyers are trained to select items that will sell quickly in our store. We may pass on items due to damage, being out of season, or because space on our racks is limited. Our buyers are always happy to answer your questions!
-
They don’t have to be, but we do love name brands!
-
We have a limit of 40 items. Please pre-sort your clothes and remove any items that are damaged or out of season.
-
Unfortunately, no. We would have to see the item in person.
You can check out our Selling Guide for more info.

Yes, we buy casual vintage that’s in good condition and can be worn in a modern way.
-
We do not buy jewelry. We occasionally buy sunglasses if they are designer, in style, and in excellent condition.
-
We do not buy wallets. We do buy handbags based on style, brand, and condition.
-
We can’t give an estimate without seeing the item in person. Please make an appointment or drop off your items for our buyers to review.
If they can take in your item, our buyer will price it based off condition, style, season, and market value. They’ll offer you 30% of our retail price in cash, or 50% in store credit. Our highest retail price is $300.
-
You do not have to sell your items if you don’t want to. We’re always happy to take a look and give our best offer. The choice is yours!
-
Our inventory needs are constantly changing, so we cannot guarantee the same offer at a later time.
